In my role as Technology Head of products and Growth, I successfully managed a critical project aimed at resolving a lost user data issue for a client, followed by the development and launch of a new website. My responsibilities included overseeing the technical solutions, managing WordPress developers, and maintaining constant communication with the client to ensure the delivery of the desired outcomes.

Client Issue Resolution:

• Data Recovery: Analyzed the scope of the lost user data issue and developed a strategic plan to recover and secure the data. Implemented best practices for data retrieval, ensuring minimal loss and maximum recovery.
